What is the Longevity & Anti-Aging program?

The Longevity & Anti-Aging program is a physician-guided program for adults who want to stay healthy, strong and independent as they get older. It is about adding healthy years: catching risks early and building the habits that protect your heart, metabolism, muscles, bones and mind.

It starts with a clear picture of where your health stands today, then turns that into a few focused priorities, reviewed with your care team over time.

What are the potential benefits?

A full picture of your health today
A review of your history, family history and lifestyle, with the 50 tests of the Comprehensive 50 when your physician requests them.
Risks found while they are small
Common conditions such as high blood sugar, high cholesterol and fatty liver build silently for years. Knowing your markers lets you act early.
Clear priorities
Instead of trying every trend, your physician helps you choose the few changes that matter most for you.
Habits that protect you as you age
Guidance on sleep, nutrition, strength, activity and stress, the everyday foundations of aging well.
A baseline to measure against
Later reviews compare against your starting point, so you can see how things are changing.

How does it work?

How you age depends partly on your genes, but much of it comes down to what happens over the years: blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol slowly rising, muscle slowly declining, and poor sleep and stress adding up. These changes are usually silent until they cause a problem.

The program works on them early:

It measures before it guesses
If your physician requests them, tests show what is happening inside, such as blood sugar control, cholesterol, and liver and kidney function, so problems are seen while they are small and easier to manage.
It protects muscle and bone
From middle age, muscle and bone are lost a little each year unless you use them. Strength and balance work slows that loss, which matters for staying active and avoiding falls.
It looks after your heart and blood vessels
Steady blood sugar and healthy cholesterol and blood pressure protect your heart, brain and kidneys, and nutrition and activity are the strongest everyday levers.
It counts sleep and stress as health
Deep sleep is when the body repairs itself, and long-term stress raises blood pressure and blood sugar. Both are part of the plan.
It tracks change over time
Regular reviews against your baseline show what is improving and what needs attention next.

Small, consistent habits add up over the years, which is why the program focuses on the few changes you will actually keep.

What should I expect during the program?

At the start
Your baseline explained in plain language, what your markers mean for you, and two or three priorities to start on.
As you go
Regular check-ins on your habits and how you feel, with tests repeated when your physician considers it useful.
Throughout
A long-term view. Aging well is built over years, so the plan is meant to fit your life, not take it over. Results vary from person to person.

Who it may suit

This program may suit you if:

  • You want a clear baseline of your current health.
  • You want a physician’s view on what to prioritize.
  • You prefer steady follow-up to one-off advice.

Your physician will tell you if the program is not suitable for you, or if in-person care would serve you better.

What’s included

Every part of the program is led or requested by your physician.

Your physician
A PRC-licensed physician reviews your history and goals, and decides what is clinically appropriate for you.
Regular follow-ups
Your care team reviews how you are doing and the plan is adjusted as you go.
Laboratory tests
Only if your physician requests them, based on your assessment. Not everyone needs them. Your sample is collected at home and a physician reviews every result.
